Policy: 

Service Overview: 

-Our mobile dog grooming service includes convenient pick-up and drop-oof options for your  furry companions. 

Reservation and Deposit: 

-A $35 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

- The deposit will be applied towards the total grooming fee. 

Scheduling: 

- Appointment can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office. 

- Please provide accurate information about your location and the pet’s size and breed. 

Pick-up Details: 

- Our team will arrive at the specified location within the agreed-upon time window.

- Ensure your dog is ready for pick-u and securely leashed. 

Secure Containers: 

- For the safety of your pet during transportation, we require all dogs to be placed in a  secure, well-ventilated carrier or crate. 

Pet Health and Behavior: 

- Inform us of any health concerns or special needs your pet may have.

- Aggressive or overly anxious pets may require special arrangement; please communicate  this in advance.

Grooming Services: 

- Our professional groomers will provide the agrees-upon grooming services.

- Any additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges. 

Drop-Off Process: 

-We will return your groomed pet within the agreed-upon time window.

-Please be available to receive your pet and ensure a smooth handover. 

Payment: 

- The remaining balance, excluding the deposit, is due upon drop-off.

- We accept Cash, Credit Cards, or Mobile Payment Apps. 

Cancellation policy: 

-Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture  of the deposit. 

Rescheduling: 

- You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be  transferred to new date.
